Yoga Meditation and Art
Anna from Calm Cornwall and Lizzy from Align Yoga created a full day of creativity in Penryn.
From yoga in the morning, meditation around lunchtime and putting pen to paper in the afternoon, the day instilled a sense of ease and joy when it came to making marks on a blank piece of paper. And the results were phenomenal! Mark making that was expressive and confident.
Anna and Lizzy combined their years of experience as practicing artists and enabled people to explore processes that aid the development of mark making, observation and painting.

Anna and Lizzy created a wonderfully nurturing space for the workshop in which they guided us and held the space skillfully, and really allowed us to ‘just be’. They used their knowledge and experience to enable us to open to opportunity and truly connect with our body’s flow of energy, helping us to re-balance and embrace any change arising.
