This special Relax and Unwind Meditation Retreat at St. Gluvias Community Hall, in Penryn welcomes everyone. The hall is set in a hidden, quiet location within the town – warmth and ease is awaits you.

The afternoon will be an opportunity to step away from the busy mind, and drop in to a space of stillness and deep rest in the mind and body.

The afternoon will be fully guided and the day will be held in silence as a way to deepen your experience of rest and recovery.

Anna combines her years of teaching to create a space that is nurturing and positive where the opportunity to simply ‘be’ is welcomed and celebrated. Anna offers gentle mindful movement, breath exercises. deep relaxation techniques – time to simply ‘be’ and meditation to leave you feeling present and uplifted.

The afternoon will be fully guided by Anna Sadler of Calm Cornwall. With over 10 years experience working for Traditional Yoga Healing Foundation Anna will combine mindful movement, breath exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation to nurture a place of rest in the mind and in the body.

A course for meditators who wish to deepen their practice of meditating on the natural breath. Continue to observe the natural breath in order to experience inner peace and to change negative thought patterns.

The course offers the opportunity to deepen your practice by sitting for longer periods of time. The classes will be guided by Anna Sadler a certified Traditional Yoga teacher. You will recap the teachings and progress through the stages of the technique in a focused and sustained way. Breathing exercises and relaxation will complement and prepare you for sitting. The teachings maintain a direct link to the original instructions and scriptures in which they have been preserved for centuries.

Join this group of meditators and be guided in to a place of peace and tranquility in the mind.

Suitable for anyone over the age of 15 who has some experience of meditation and is looking to start a regular home practice

Anna will use these qualities as a foundation for practice:

The afternoon will be fully guided by Anna Sadler of Calm Cornwall. Anna will combine mindful movement, pranayama exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation to nurture a place of rest in the mind and in the body.

This unique opportunity is open to anyone who has some experience of meditation. The space will be held in ‘noble silence’. The meditations will be guided.

The course offers the opportunity to learn and practice the technique in a focused and sustained way over 8 weeks with the support of Anna Sadler; an experienced and certified Traditional Yoga teacher who will guide you through the progressive stages and answer any questions that may arise. It is taught in the tradition of Patanjali, through a series of guided meditations by Dr. Kumar, maintaining a direct link to the original instructions and scriptures in which they have been preserved for centuries.
