This early morning Meditation Class welcomes anyone who is looking to start their day the mindful way with a group of like-minded people.
Pre-dawn/ dawn is a perfect time to complete a weekly practice of Meditation. This practice session is fully guided by Anna Sadler. The instructions are simple to follow and help to set the tone and pace for your day ahead. Join a group of Meditation students who are staying committed to the path of calming and quietening the ‘monkey’ mind. Alongside Meditation, the class may also include simple morning stretches, pranayama, (breathing exercises) and Dharma Teachings.

Anna deeply respects the rich history and lineages of the Yoga tradition and has been strictly trained in line with the culture of Traditional Ashrams.
Anna Sadler is an experienced Traditional Yoga Teachers and meditator and her positivity for sharing the wisdom of Patanjali and Buddha creates a rich class of learning for transformation.
Once you have booked the class online, you will receive an e mail with information on what to expect from the class and how to prepare your space at home.
This subscription entitles a student to 1 x online Meditation Class per week plus a weekly Dharma Bulletin. A student may also request a video recording of the Thursday morning or Sunday evening class if they are unable to attend live online.
