This early morning Meditation Class welcomes anyone who is looking to start their day with movement, breathing exercises and meditation with a group of like-minded people.
Pre-dawn/ dawn is a perfect time to complete a weekly practice of Meditation. This practice session is fully guided. The instructions are simple to follow and help to set the tone and pace for your day ahead. Join a group of Meditation students who are cultivating positivity and gratitude at the start of a day.
