This early morning Meditation Class welcomes anyone who is looking to start their day the mindful way with a group of like-minded people.
Pre-dawn/ dawn is a perfect time to complete a weekly practice of Meditation. This practice session is fully guided by Anna Sadler. The instructions are simple to follow and help to set the tone and pace for your day ahead. Join a group of Meditation students who are cultivating positivity and gratitude at the start of a day.
Alongside Meditation, the class may also include simple morning stretches, pranayama, (breathing exercises) and Dharma Teachings.
This subscription entitles a student to 1 x online Meditation Class per week. A student may also request a video recording of the Thursday morning or Sunday evening class if they are unable to attend live online.
