This early morning Meditation Class welcomes anyone who is looking for a regular meditation group practice.
Pre-dawn/ dawn is a perfect time to complete a weekly practice of Meditation. This practice session is fully guided by Anna Sadler. The instructions are simple to follow and help to set the tone and pace for your day ahead. Join a group of like-minded yogis who are staying committed to the path of stillness and quietening the busy mind. Alongside Meditation, the class may also include simple morning stretches, pranayama, (breathing exercises) and Dharma Teachings.
Alongside the class, Anna sends a weekly Dharma Teaching straight to your e mail account.
Anna deeply respects the rich history and lineages of the Yoga tradition and has been strictly trained in line with the culture of Traditional Ashrams.
Anna Sadler is an experienced Traditional Yoga Teachers and meditator and her positivity for sharing the wisdom of Patanjali and Buddha creates a rich class of learning for transformation.
