The class is fully guided by experienced Yogi teacher; Anna Sadler.

Therapeutic Yoga is a pure and authentic way to unwind and free tension from the body and mind and promotes Yoga for all no matter your size, weight, age, ability or experience.

The class promotes breaking old habit patterns of feeling tense by using Zero Resistance Hatha Yoga asanas to return to a natural state of being; relaxed, calm and happy. Students are taught the essence of postures and movements – learning to listen and respect individual body constitutions. 


Every-one can do every asana by compensating moves and stretches and by respecting curvatures, lines and limitations.

Therapeutic yoga” applies Yogi techniques of Shankaracharya to alleviate specific obstacles (physical, mental and/or spiritual). 

Anna combines knowledge about the body, her depth of experience in the 8 limbs of Yoga, nutrition and intuition to create a space of connection and comfort. 

Yoga as a therapeutic tool has very positive side effects, as the whole being comes into a healthier and natural state of balance.

The class will help a student move from….
+Contraction to expansion
+Negative mind habits to positivity and peace.
+Resistance to relaxation
+Tense, tight muscles to loose, lean muscle
+Rigidity in body and mind to flexibility, positivity and lightness in body and mind.The class includes pranayama; breathing techniques, connecting to the Sound of Silence through relaxation and guided meditation.
