This class is a delightful and fresh combination of Traditional Methods of Vedic Tibetan Yoga and Meditation. The class may include a combination of Pranayama (breath work), Virat Dharana (lying down Meditation), Meditation practice, Zero Resistance Yoga and Dharma teachings, Metta Bhavna and Vedic Chanting.  

Anna deeply respects the rich history and lineages of the Yoga tradition and have been strictly trained in line with the culture of Traditional Ashrams. The purpose of the class is to bring the body, mind system in to a natural state of being; completely relaxed and without tension or resistance.

Anna Sadler is a highly experienced teacher trained by Dr. ALV Kumar from the Traditional Yoga Healing Foundation. Anna shares the wisdom of Yogi Life as prescribed by Patanjali and Buddha creates a rich class of learning for transformation.
