Come along to a weekly class of meditation with recordings by Dr. Kumar and facilitated by Anna Sadler.

These classes will teach you how to bring stability to the mind through awareness of the breath meditation.
Anna also offers Traditional Tibetan Asanas as a way to embody a totally relaxed state. 
Alongside this, breathing exercises will be practiced for healthy lungs and to regulate the heart as a way to reduce anxiety and overcome stress.
