Towards the end of the week, this deeply nourishing Meditation Class welcomes everyone who has completed an 8 Week Awareness Meditation Course.
This class offers the opportunity to completely relax in mind and body. The facilitators offer an hour of practice to include movement, breathing and a longer meditation practice. (Up to 45 mins).
The facilitators of this class deeply respect the rich history and lineages of the Yoga Tradition.
