At the end of the week, this deeply nourishing Meditation Class welcomes everyone who has completed an 8 Week Awareness Meditation Course.
This class offers the opportunity to completely relax in mind and body. Steve Braund and Anna Sadler facilitate an evening of rest and recovery using Tibetan Meditation techniques and the opportunity to sit in Meditation for up to 45 mins.
The class provides a rich and fertile ground for Spiritual transformation.
Anna Sadler and Steve Braund deeply respect the rich history and lineages of the Yoga tradition and have been strictly trained in line with the culture of Traditional Ashrams.
Profits from this class will go to the Charity “The Yoga Healing Foundation“.
