September’s Retreat focused on removing tension from the body using Traditional breathing, meditation and Yoga techniques -leading to contentedness and harmony.
October’s Retreat was all about cultivating equanimity – leading towards a balanced mind and a balanced body which in turn cultivated a peaceful mind.
November’s Retreat was about cultivating warmth and light – inspired by the Festivals in the East; Deepvali and Chaat Festival. Students learnt the art of conserving energy; steadying the heart and answering to the call of the Soul through Traditional Vedic Methods of practice.
